A unique and little shop called sketch in berkeley,CA Has the best ice cream (hand-made from organic, local ingredients) . Some of the unique flavors is the combination of the burnt caramel ice cream with olive oil and sea salt topping ..as tried by blogger Josephine of Red Thread..
I adore the shop's whimiscal vintage touch combined with the detailed sketches of chalk !

In June , my little baby girl will have her first birthday..lots of planning going on my mind , nothing done yet..but I feel that an elegant , natural, frenchy sorta party would best describe what I have in mind for Zayona.. there is a second option..which I will post about next time..

Okay..maybe scale it down a bit for little kids ..but no cartoonish characters ,thankyouverymuch..

My HouseWarming wish list! Part One ..

I know I've been away for a little while now.. I'm preparing for the big move to my new apartment. No more rent , thankyouverymuch! I get to decorate , paint , and change everything as I like ! I have my own house warming wishlist .. do new homeowners get to do that? or do they have to be newly married to get the " wedding registry" thing? If not , I'd like to be the first to start that trend! its a need , not a trend , mind my words!
